Married at 11 a.m. May 4, 1977 by the Rev. Louis Cernak in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Phillips were Elsie J. Allen and Conrad C. Allen, both of Phillips.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her brother, Rudy Priboda of Marathon, wore a full length polyester gown in lime green and lavender and carried a bouquet of white chrysanthemums with pink roses.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Wieland of Phillips were best man and matron of honor, respectively. Mrs. Wieland wore an aqua polyester formal and a corsage of daisies for the occastion.

The reception and dinner took place at the Red Roof at Phillips, where the couple will live on CMSR. Both are retired.
