Zuber, Alicia Marie (28 May 1983)

Miss Alicia Marie Alger, daughter of Mrs. Martha Alger, and Bruce Allen Zuber, Lublin, were married May 28 at St. Bernard's-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, Thorp, the Rev. John W. Puerner officiating.

Singing was Cheryl Broda and playing the organ was Joanne Wittek.

The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Dan, and her mother, had a white full-length entrained gown of fabric and lace, and a bridal veil. Her cascade bouquet had white roses, pompons, baby's breath and ivy.

Maid of honor was Janet Romag of Thorp and bridesmaids were Sue Alger, Noreen Maier and Kay Kobylarczyk. Stephanie Hadzima was junior bridesmaid. They had pink, lilac, light blue, yellow and peach ensembles with the maid of honor in pink. Baby's breath were arranged in their hair. Each had a colonial bouquet of pompons, carnations and alstromeria.

Chuck Kalmon of Medofrd was best man. Groomsmen were John and Rodney Alger and Jim Wojt. Brian Zuber was junior attendant and ushering were Randy Sweet of Waukesha and Chuck Alger, Thorp. Lisa Cwikla was miniature bride and Craig Alger the ring bearer.

Included in the festivities were a reception, meal and dance. The newlyweds' address is 501 W. Stanley St., Thorp.
