Recently completing a course qualifying him as U.S. Navy scuba diver is E5 Jim
“Chip” Chadwick, son of Jim and Carol Chadwick, Neillsville. The diver is
stationed at Willow Grove, Pennsylvania and has been with the U.S. Navy since
1974.
