Caponigro, Nathan (22 July 1980 – 27 September 1980)
Nathan Caponigro, infant son of Michael and Beth Caponigro, Humbird, died
September 27, at La Crosse Lutheran Hospital. He was born July 22 at La Crosse
Lutheran.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
Louis Caponigro, Alma Center; maternal grandfather, Vernon Schankey, Mukwonago;
paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Smith, Merrillan; maternal great-grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Vance Bates, Merrillan; and great-great-grandmother, Esther Green,
Merrillan.
The funeral was held September 29 at the United Methodist Church at Merrillan
with the Rev. Calvin Carey officiating. Burial was in the Oakwood Cemetery in
Merrillan. The Jensen Funeral Home of Hixton was in charge of the arrangements.
