GRANTON - Dale Drinsinger, a member of the Granton Future Farmers of America,
has been nominated to receive the American Farmer degree.
The degree is the highest presented by the National FFA, and Drinsinger was
nominated by the Wisconsin FFA Association. He is one of 742 FFA members in the
nation to receive this degree. There are approximately 450,00 FFA members.
Drinsinger and his wife, Sue, will accept the award November 11 during the
National FFA convention in Kansas City, Missouri.
A 1981 graduate of Granton High School at Fennimore, specializing in meat
cutting. He and his father operate an on-the-farm butchering service and a meat
cutting service at Spaete;s Locker in Granton.
