NEILLSVILLE-- Wisconsin Junior Dairymen's Association members Terry Bryne and
David Appleyard attended the 29th annual State WJDA Convention June 22-24.
Byrne began his duties as state director from District IV by timing the Dairy
Quiz Bowl Contest on June 23. Ricky Jensen, Neillsville, is District IV state
officer from Neillsville for 1983-84.
Bryne and Appleyard participated in the Sire Selection Contest and the Milk
Marketing Contest June 22. Appleyard placed seventh in the former, and the
Neillsville team placed third in the latter.
The Neillsville WJDA chapter also won a money award at the convention banquet
for the Milk Efficiency Contest.
