GREENWOOD-- Greenwood Alderman Bob Scheuerman resigned recently from the City
Council.
Mayor Ron Tieman read a letter of resignation from 2nd Ward alderman during a
recent meeting. The letter was written following a special meeting June 28.
At that meeting Council members and Tieman had been criticized by citizens
attending the meeting. Tieman said he regretted to accept Scheuerman's
resignation since he had been a good, reliable alderman.
The Council accepted the resignation.
