Charles A. Sillampa, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Sillampa, Route 1, Owen, Wisconsin
has been chosen as one of four farm youths to receive a Production Credit
Association (PCA) of Neillsville scholarship award.
Charles graduated from Owen-Withee High School, and will be attending the
Mid-State Technical Institute at Marshfield this fall.
