Cramer, Earl E. (20 May 1906 - 23 Dec. 1988)
SPENCER - Earl E. Cramer, 82, Spencer, died at 6:12 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph’s Hospital’s Emergency Room, Marshfield.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer, with the Rev. William Ruhbusch officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David and Mike Cramer, Terry, Alan and Kevin Beyreis and Mike Hebert. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Sunday at Rux Funeral Home, Spencer.
He was born May 20, 1906, in the town of Brighton, a son of the late Frank and Louise Cramer.
He married Bertha Neumann June 6, 1929, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, North Spencer. She survives.
Mr. Cramer was a cheesemaker in the town of McMillan and farmed in the Spencer area. He worked for Dairy Belt of Spencer and later for Pathfinder, also of Spencer, retiring at age 65. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and had served on the Finance Committee.
Surviving, besides his wife, are one son, Arvid Cramer of rural Spencer; two daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Claire) Hebert and Mrs. Verlyn (Vernice) Beyreis, both of Spencer; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Willner of Colby; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by three brothers, one sister and one grandchild.
