Hahn, Reuben R. (12 May 1908 - 5 June 1991)

BAKERVILLE - Services for Reuben R. Hahn, 83, of 10004 Highway BB, who died at 5 p.m. Wednesday at his residence, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Bakerville. The Rev. Charles P. Schumacher will officiate. Mrs. Helen Brinkmann will be organist, and John F. Binder will be soloist. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Bruce Behrens, Tim Zinthefer, Jerold Weber, Peter Thomas, Wallace Hammerle and William J. Hahn.

Visitation will be at Rembs/Kundinger Chapel, Marshfield, at 4 p.m. today and again Saturday until 9 a.m. and then at the church from 9:30 a.m. until service time Saturday. A Corpus Christi Parish Council of Catholic Women rosary service combined with a parish rosary service will be at 7:30 tonight at the funeral chapel.

He was born May 12, 1908, in the town of McMillan, to Edward C. and Bertha (Ziebarth) Hahn. He attended schools in the town of McMillan. He married Mabel M. Eberhardy June 12, 1937, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, and they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1987.

He farmed with his father until 1944 and then did carpenter work. He was later employed by Rollohome Corp. for 25 years until retirement in 1973. He then did part-time farm work in the town of Lincoln until he retired because of ill health.

He was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Bruce (Linda) Behrens of Marshfield and Mrs. Jack (Ruth) Larson of Nekoosa; one sister, Mrs. Bertha McGovern of Minneapolis; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, one daughter, Lorraine A. ....missing content.
