Donna Vander Velden died at Appleton Medical Center Monday, July 21, 2008.
A Memorial Service was held July 26 at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Lederer Funeral Chapel with Deacon Patrick Whitcomb presiding. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
