Morman, Agnes (24 Sept. 1940 - 21 Mar. 2008) Agnes "Aggie" Mary Morman, 67, died on March 21, 2008, at the Sakakawea Medical Center Hospice in Hazen, N.D., after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Beulah, N.D. Interment will be held at 3 p.m. at the North Dakota Veteran's Cemetery in Mandan, N.D.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Seibel Funeral Home in Beulah, N.D. She was born in Stratford Sept. 24, 1940, the only daughter of Anton "Tony" and Virginia (Laessig) Harter. James "Jim" Morman and Aggie were married on June 22, 1963, at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Seattle. They lived in Seattle from 1963 to 1977, when they were given the opportunity to move back to Beulah, N.D. where Jim graduated from high school. Aggie worked as a bookkeeper at Sveum's Department Store from 1978 until 1991. She then worked as a framer at Ben Franklin Crafts until her retirement in 1998.

Aggie is survived by her husband, Jim; two daughters: Ann (Wayne) Vossler of East Grand Forks, Minn.; Valerie (Owen) Sampson of Edmore, N.D.; two brothers: Edward (Margo) Harter of Plymouth, Minn.; and Philip (Charlene) Harter of Andover, Minn.; a sister-in-law: Sharyn Harter of Stewartville, Minn.; four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
