Molitor, James P. (9 Feb. 1935 - 9 June 2008)

James "Jim" P. Molitor, 73, of Medford, died Monday, June 9, 2008, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment with full military honors performed by the Medford Military Honors Team, will be in Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Hemer Funeral Home, where there will be a 4 p.m. prayer service and a 6:45 p.m. rosary service, and from 9 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Thursday, also at the funeral home.

He was born Feb. 9, 1935, in Medford to Anton Bernard and Kunda (Schupp) Molitor. He was a cook in the Air Force and was in the military for 20 years. While in the military he was stationed in Japan, Alaska, Spain and Antigo. After retirement from the military he returned to Medford and pumped gas at the Holiday Gas Station until his retirement.

He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Raymond (Shirley) Molitor, Elaine Dowden and Anton "Skinner" (Eva) Molitor, all of Medford, and Mark (Sharon) Molitor, Dorchester.
