Kolasinski, Joseph (18 Nov. 1918 - 16 May 1952)

Joseph Kolasinski, 33, 634 S. ? Ave., died last night at 8:15 o’clock in a local hospital, after suffering a heart attack while eating dinner at home last evening. Apparently in good health, he was at work yesterday ? ? for the Steffke Freight ?, his employer for 16 years.

Funeral services will be Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the Helke Funeral Home, with the Rev. M. A. Schilling, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Kolasinski was born in Schofield Nov. 18, 1918, and resided in this area all his life. He was married in Dubuque, Ia., Aug. 30, 1947, to Mrs. Mable Gibens, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Michael John Kolasinski, at home; a step-daughter, Mrs. Donald Gritz?acher, 1025 S. 10th Ave.; a step-son, Edward Gibens, Baton Rouge, La.; his father, John Kolasinski, who also lives in Schofield; a brother, Anton Kolasinski, Schofield, and three sisters, Mrs. Raymond Smi?. Thorp; Mrs. Joseph Phillips, who lives in the state of Texas, and Mrs. Mary Lewitzke, Antioch, Calif.
