Kropp, Josephine “Jo” (1919? - March 17, 2009)

Josephine "Jo" Kropp, 90, Highland Park, Illinois, formerly of Athens, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Pine Ridge Assisted Living, Colby, under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens. Rev. Carl Busse presided. Burial was in the Athens Village Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Ministry Home Care Hospice, Marshfield.

Kropp, Josephine “Jo” (1919? - March 17, 2009)

Josephine "Jo" Kropp, 90, Highland Park, Ill., formerly of Athens, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009, under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice at Pine Ridge Assisted Living, Colby.

Josephine worked for the Highland Park Hospital in Illinois for many years as a dietary aide until her retirement.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence Kropp Sr., Colby; one son, Clarence Jr. (Margie) Kropp, town of Goodrich; two grandsons, three great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Emily Fink, Athens; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens.

Burial will be in the Athens Village Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of services Saturday at the Athens funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Ministry Home Care Hospice, Marshfield.
