Kaiser, Monica
Monica Kaiser, a student at Loyal High School, received the annual Hugh O'Brien
Award. Each year sophomores may apply for the award. Miss Kaiser is eligible to
attend a week-long leadership seminar on America's Incentive System. She is
involved in Future Homemakers of America, student council, National Honor
Society, volleyball, basketball, drama and 4-H.
