Slembarski, Joseph F. (1924? – 8 Nov. 2008)
Joseph F. Slembarski, 84, 1244 Paradise Lane, Mosinee, died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008, at Saint Michael's Hospital, Stevens Point.
He was employed at Mosinee Paper Corp. for 25 years until 1970. He then farmed with his parents in the town of Knowlton until retiring in 1986.
Survivors include his wife, Adeline (Levandowski) Slembarski; a son, Frank (Rosita) Slembarski, Mosinee; a daughter, Mary (fiance, Sal) Slembarski Murat, Stevens Point; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Knowlton. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Knowlton.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee, where there will be a prayer service at 5:30 p.m. Visitation will be again from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until the time of services at the church.
