Tauchen, Florence (Marriage – 22 Oct. 1935)
Miss Florence Tauchen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Tauchen of the Town of Holton, and Clarence Hiebl, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Hiebl, Sr., of the Town of Johnson, were united in marriage at the St. Thomas Catholic church at Milan on Tuesday morning, Oct. 22 at 8:30, the Rev. Urban Baer officiating.
The bride wore a beautiful gown of dark blue transparent velvet. Her bouquet was of assorted flowers. She was attended by Miss Marie Hiebl, sister of the groom. She wore a dark rose silk gown. The groom was attended by Eldred Tauchen, brother of the bride.
A reception to immediate relatives was held at the home of the bride’s parents.
The young couple left during the afternoon for Manitowoc and other southern cities. They will reside in the Town of Johnson.
