Kralcik, Anna (27 June 1942)

In the rose filled St. Thomas’ Catholic church, Milan, Miss Anna Kralcik, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kralcik, Town of Johnson, and Charles Potts, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Potts, Town of Frankfort, were united in marriage, Saturday morning, June 27. The Rev. Raymond Schultz performed the ceremony and sang the nuptial high mass.

The bride wore a gown of white slipper satin with lace insertion, and a long train. Her long veil fell in filmy clouds from a crown of pearls. A pink and white shower bouquet was carried by the bride.

Yellow taffeta, for Mrs. Alfred Potts of Milwaukee, matron of honor; blue and pink taffeta for the Misses Margaret and Elizabeth Kralcik, bridesmaids, made a dainty color scheme. Shoulder veils to match their frocks and wrist corsages were worn by the bride’s three sisters who were her attendants.

The groom was attended by three brothers: Alfred Potts, Milwaukee, as best man; Roland and Robert Potts were the ushers.

About 50 guests attended the reception held at the home of the bride’s parents, which was decorated with twisted streamers of white, yellow and blue fastened to the center of the room with a white wedding bell.

In the evening a wedding dance was held at the Trianon gardens.

Mr. and Mrs. Potts are at home on a farm in the Town of Frankfort.

Among the guests from away who attended the wedding were:

Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Potts, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Reichert and grandson, Harold Reichert, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Dowe and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Schaefer, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Peter Schaefer, Stratford; Joseph Bornback and family and Mrs. Matthew Bornback, Rozellville; Mrs. M.
