Vetter, Esther F. (1908? - February 22, 2009)

Esther F. Vetter, 101, a former Marathon resident, died Sunday February 22, 2009, under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at the Miller Country Home, Edgar.

The funeral Mass was celebrated. Thursday February 26, 2009 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Marathon. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

Vetter, Esther F. (1908? - February 22, 2009)

Esther F. Vetter, 101, a former Marathon resident, died Sunday Feb. 22, 2009, at the Miller Country Home, Edgar.

Esther was a homemaker.

Survivors include three children, Jacquiline (Florian) Lemanski and Sandra (Lavern) Lang, both of Marathon, and Irene (Chester) Hoffman, Mosinee; 13 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandsons; and one sister, Dorothy Marose, Osseo.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Marathon. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Marathon, and again from 9 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the church.
