McHugh, Martin (1871? - 1954)
Martin McHugh, 83, of rural Marathon County, died Wednesday when his one room dwelling went up in flames. Coroner John Hildensperger said the old man had had two stoves, with the bare smoke pipes rising through the unprotected roof, and that the fire apparently started from over-heating.
