Seidelmann, William (07 Aug 1889-03 Feb 1964)

William Henry Seidelmann, age 74, of Loyal, passed away Monday, February 3 at 5 p.m. at the Memorial Hospital in Neillsville where he had been a patient since January 19. Death was due to complications following surgery.

William Seidelmann was born August 7, 1889 at Jefferson, Wisconsin. He came to the Loyal area at the age of seven with his parents who settled on a farm in the town of York. On September 29, 1915 he was united in marriage to Rose Kronberger at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal. He farmed in York until 1943 when the couple moved to Marshfield, where they were employed at the Wood County Hospital until 1945, they then moved to Owen where they were employed at the Clark County Hospital. In 1957 they retired and moved to Chippewa Falls. In May, 1963 they moved to Loyal. He was a member of the Loyal Trinity Lutheran Church.

Mr. Seidelmann is survived by his wife and one son Romaine of Forest Lake, Minnesota; one brother, John of Tacoma, Washington; one sister, Mrs. Barbara Greely, Hoqiam, Washington; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

The body will lie in state at the Myre Funeral Home, beginning Wednesday morning. The funeral will be from Trinity Lutheran Church on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery.
