ABBOTSFORD-Services will be conducted at 2
p.m. Tuesday (25 Jan 1966) at the Polnazek Funeral Home in Abbotsford for
Clarence John Weetz, 58, of 825 Bliss Ave., Stevens Point, who died at 11:25
p.m. Friday at St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point. The Rev. Charles Glidden
will officiate, and burial will be made in the Abbotsford cemetery.
Mr.
Weetz was born Dec. 5, 1907, in Jackson County, Minn., where he received his
elementary education. The family then moved to Abbotsford, where he graduated
from high school. An accountant, he resided in Milwaukee until 1948, when he
returned to Abbotsford.
His marriage to Florence Thorn, who preceded him
in death June 23, 1951, took place Jan. 31, 1941. On Sept. 5, 1954, he married
Mrs. Gladys Wilkens, who survives.
Other survivors include a son, David,
Racine; two step-children, Mrs. Robert G. Smith, Elkart, Ind.; and Capt. Jerome
Wilkens, McGuire AFB, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. Adeline Bitter, Abbotsford; and 13
grandchildren.
