A
little more snow for those deer hunters and then if they don't get a deer they
could bring home the tracks anyhow.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schoengarth Jr.
visited at the Geo. Frei Sr. family Sunday.
Oscar Northup and son Alton
are cutting wood on the Fred Schoengarth farm.
A.B. Schuler and daughter
Lillian took the midnight train for Brillion, Calumet County for a brief visit
with his parents and others.
Those from our vicinity that attended the
Frei-Schuld wedding last Tuesday were Mr. and Mrs. A.B. Schuler, Mr. and Mrs.
John Kelly, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Reindel and family, Mr. and Mrs. F. Kubat, Mr. and
Mrs. Geo. Frei, Mr. and Mrs. D.H. Rhines and family, and the following young
folks; Lillian Miller and Emma Kupke.
Mrs. Frank Vasko left for Chicago
Wednesday morning for a brief visit.
Mrs. Geo. Reindel and daughters Leah
and Helen visited Mrs. Arnold Worchel on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Geo.
Reindel left Wednesday morning for Chicago for a several weeks visit with
friends and relatives.
Wm. O'Brien and Victor Krejci returned from their
deer hunting trip at Hannibal last Tuesday with one measly deer. Bill says it is
enough when you can't do any better.
Wayne Potter, Oscar Northup and D.H.
Rhines were up at Maplehurst on a deer hunt, but came home like lots of others.
