Morrison, Bert T. (1900 - 16 DEC 1965)

Bert Thomas Morrison, son of the late E.G. and Sarah Morrison, passed away at his home in North Foster (Clark Co., Wis.) at approximately 10:00 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 16, 1965.

He was 65 years of age and had been in poor health since the removal of one lung from an operation in May 1964.

Bert was born in 1900 at Valley, Wis. In 1912 he moved with his parents to Butler and in 1920 he married Lottie Cole and worked as a farmer and milk hauler. From 1949 to 1964 he worked as a laboratory technician at Burgess Mfg. Co. in Geneva, Ill.

Surviving are his wife, Lottie, 2 sons, Albert Eden of Centerville, and Edmond Thomas of Augusta, 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held mond, Dec. 20th at 1:30 p.m. in the Thorp Funeral Home Chapel, Thorp.

Last riges were conducted by Pastor Ralph Walker of Fairchild.

Singing was by Harold Boills of Eau Claire.

Interment took place at the cemetery at Fairchild.

Pallbearers were Gordon Wolf, Curt Mayenchein, Charley Tieman, Ray Collins, Delly Burss, and John Kile.
