Funeral services for Edgar Paulson, 53, Dorchester, who died
Tuesday, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the home and at 2 p.m. in the Salem
Evangelical United Brethren Church. The Rev. Raymond Browe, Chili, assisted by
the Rev. G. Theodore Vieth, will officiate and burial will be made in the
Dorchester Memorial cemetery.
The body is reposing at the Paulson home.
Mr. Paulson was born April 7, 1897, in Stetsonville. He received his
education in Dorchester, and had been a resident of the village most of his
life. He served as village treasurer since 1932, and was a trustee for a number
of years, and a veteran of World War I. When 17 years of age, he started the
Paulson garage, and had engaged in that business since that time.
He is
survived by one sister Miss Edna Paulson, Dorchester, five nieces, and one
nephew.
Three brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
Pallbearers will be Alvin Schmidt, Dr. A.W. Schief, Clarence Fenner, Max Vircks,
Otto Genrich, M.S. Sorenson, and Ernest Mehner, all of Dorchester, and William
Pueschner, Stetsonville.
