to Mondovi Tuesday to work in the canning factory.
Mrs. R.C. Lorentzen of
Withee is visiting at the home of County Treasurer Ole Andersen.
Frank
Lynch and wife and Miss Clara Heyder are home from their visit at Milwaukee.
Miss Bernice Stockwell of Spooner is visiting her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
C.S. Stockwell.

A.E. Dudley and Dell Rodman attended a
district convention of Odd Fellows at Merrillan Tuesday.
Mrs. Hugh
Campbell arrived here from Cincinnati last week to spend a short time with her
father, Dor Neff.
Mrs. Hoover of Clearfield, Pa., arrived here Tuesday
for a visit at the home of T.M. Alexander and W.L. Hemphill.
E. Nelson
returned home to Madison Tuesday after and over Sunday visit at the home of Mrs.
B. Tragsdorf.
C.B. Andersen and wife and N. Peterson of Withee autoed
down and spent Sunday with Ole Andersen and family.
Miss Helen Hewett
left Tuesday for Spirit Lake, Idaho, to spend a few weeks with Mrs. Klopf and
Mrs. Marshall.
Miss Jennie Alexander came home from Devils Lake, N.D.,
Monday evening to spend a few days at home with her parents.
Mrs. C.J.
Ferch of Odessa, Minn., returned home Tuesday after a visit at the home of her
brother, George Bandelow and wife.
Rev. and Mrs. A.B. Korn, Shickley,
Neb., arrived here last Thursday for a few weeks’ visit with her parents, Wm.
Scheel and wife.
G. Raas and wife returned home to Darlington Tuesday
after a week’s visit at the home of J. Lowe and wife.
