Wm. Humbolt went to Greenwood Monday.
Bill Palms has
men helping him cut his hay on Clarence Wilcox place.
Grandma and Mrs.
Hannah Palms took dinner Monday with Mrs. C.J. Bigelow.
Alta Palms took
supper with her brother, Ern, and family Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Palms
and granddAughter, Florence, left Tuesday for Augusta, Osseo and other places
for a two or three weeks’ visit.
C.J. Bigelow made a wagon tongue for E.
Flick Tuesday.
Vera Slover returned home from Neillsville Wednesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Ingham and son Donald attended the circus in Fairchild Thursday
and from there they went to Chili. Mrs. Ingham and Donald to make a visit in
Chili and Spencer and Mr. Ingham returned home Friday morning.
Rev.
Allard was calling in this neighborhood Saturday and preached a fine sermon
Sunday at the regular hour.
Ladies aid will meet with Mrs. Smaley
Saturday p.m. Aug. 7th. Everyone invited.
Mrs. E. Killburg and Mrs. Dahl
who has been visiting at the Wm. Westphal home returned to Chicago Saturday.
C.J. Bigelow and family drove to Neillsville Wednesday.
