Dells Dam (19 Aug 1915)

The party at Green’s was well attended and all report a fine time.

Miss Josie is helping Mrs. Pearl Braman for a few days.

All who have beans planted are busy now as they are doing fine.

Victor Horton cut oats for Pearl Braman Saturday and Monday.

John Ehlers is digging the cellar for his new house and finds it pretty hard work.

John Larson is cutting hay in this vicinity.

Mrs. Kersten and children and Mrs. Levy Bonnie came to spend a few days with their brother and family.

Hay and oats were good crops this year, but corn will be a failure all over the country on account of too much rain.

Emma Gootch is staying with her aunt, Mrs. John Apfel.
