Pawlak, Adam M. (21 DEC 1911 - 3 FEB 1965)
Funeral services were held for Adam M. Pawlak, 53, on Saturday, Feb. 6th,
who passed away at the Marshfield Hospital on Wednesday, Feb. 3rd, 1965 of heart
failure after heart surgery. Rev. Anthony Matla officiated at the ten a.m.
service at St. Mary's Polish National Catholic Church, Lublin. He was laid to
rest in the St. Mary's Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Marlon Burzynski,
Stanley Burzynski, Alfred Steirang, Frank R. Burzynski and Mike Przybylski.
Mr. Pawlak, a laborer, was born Dec. 21, 1911 at Chicago, Ill.. On Jan. 8,
1938, in Chicago, he was united in marriage to Marie Burzynski.
He leaves
to mourn, his wife Marie; mother, Mrs. Joseph Ogorzalek; four sons, Larry and
Dennis Pawlak of Chicago, Jerry and Raymond Pawlak at home; two daughters,
(Jean( Mrs. John Skovera of Pulaski, Wis., (Frances) Mrs. Clyde Gordon of
Wilmington, N.C.; three brothers, Mike Pawlak, Steve Pawlak, Joe Pawlak, all of
Chicago.
