Mr. and
Mrs. George Olson of Manitowoc were Saturday visitors at the Shermon Long home.
Mrs. Tom
Brady of Montello spent the weekend at the home of her mother, Mrs. Anna
Peterson.
The Rev.
and Mrs. Roger Tellock and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Laabs, drove to Eau Claire
Saturday evening to hear the St. Olaf’s choir.
Harvey
Witt Sr. left for Racine Sunday where he will attend the Case Industrial school
session.
Mr. and
Mrs. Grant Herrick Sr. attended the Clark County rural mail carriers retirement
party at the Nazareth Lutheran Church at Withee Saturday evening.
They were
accompanied by their son, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Herrick Jr. and family of Columbus
who spent the weekend with their parents here.
Mr.
Eldred Schraunfnagel of Toman was a weekend caller at the home of Mrs. Mary
Fahrenbach and Marge Wredmond. A
group of relatives and friends gathered at the home of Mrs. Anna Tonn on Sunday
in observance of her birthday.
Mr. Pat
Flannery of Marietta, Ohio, spent a day with Donald Kraut.
They were war buddies for over three years.
Mr. and
Mrs. Floyd Klemetson, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Fricke, Mrs. and Mrs. John Bacon, Mr.
and Mrs. Darrell Gavin, Mrs. Ann Sayah, Mr. Donald Kraut and Mr. William Krause
left Friday afternoon for Minneapolis to attend the Wisconsin Group 1 Bankers
Association on Friday evening and Saturday.
They all returned home late Saturday night.
Mrs.
Clara Sailor, Mrs. Martha Peissig of Owen and Mrs. Marie Decker of Green Grove
visited with Anna Tonn on Monday afternoon.
