COUNTY COURT ACTION

Six cases were handled by Judge Karl W. Paape in county court Monday, June 8.

Arthur Paulson, Neillsville, was fined $5 and costs of $3 on a charge of buying beer for minors in Neillsville on May 29.

Betty N. Markowski, 17, route 2, Owen, lost her driving privileges for 30 days and paid costs of $3 for driving without a license in the town of Hoard May 29.

John T. Norris, Winona, Minn., forfeited a bond of $53 for operating a vehicle as a contract carrier without proper authority in Neillsville May 21.

Raymond Pagel, Green Bay paid $8 for an arterial violation in Abbotsford May 28.

Frank Auman, Colby, paid $13 for operating a non-registered vehicle in the town of Colby May 27.

Regina M. Piasecki, Green Bay, paid $18 for an arterial violation in Abbotsford May 28.

Four actions were handled in county court in Neillsville the latter part of last week.

Ira E. Miller, route 1, Granton paid $2 for failure to yield the right of way in the town of York June 11. 

Larry W. Schara, Milwaukee paid $23 for illegal passing in the town of Eaton June 6.

Roger H. Matson, Owen was found not guilty on a disorderly conduct charge when tried in court Wednesday afternoon.

Donald Fritsche, 17, Dorchester, paid costs of $3 and lost his driving privileges from 5:00 p.m. until midnight when he was charged with speeding in Dorchester.
