PATRICIA TYTOR BRIDE OF MARVIN SMIETH JUNE 13

Making their home in Lublin upon returning from a wedding trip to the East Coast will be Marvin E. smith and his bride, the former Miss Patricia Ann Tytor, who were married Saturday, June 13, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Lublin.

The Rev. Edward Cyz officiated at the 10:00 a.m. nuptial High Mass which united the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tytor, town of Maplehurst and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Smith, Sr., Neillsville, in holy matrimony.

Following the ceremony, a dinner, reception and dance were held at St. Hedwig’s parish hall in Thorp.  Guests were present from Chicago, Stanley, Stevens Point, Augusta, Thorp, Eau Claire, Superior, Milwaukee, Wausau, Neillsville, Vesper and Rhinelander.

Carrying a white prayer book topped with a white orchid and white flowers tied to streamers, the bride appeared in a formal gown of white silk organza.  The bouffant skirt was enhanced with embroidery and organdy appliqués and the bodice featured a scoop neckline.

Her bouffant veil of illusion was held in place by a cap of organza petals embellished with pearls.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Budrus acted as honor attendants; the bridesmaids were Misses Mary Lach and Wanda Liazuk and Mrs. Arlys Knoop.  Other attendants were Earl and Kenneth Smith and Fred Tramm.

The bridal aides wore floor-length gowns of nylon organza in turquoise and aqua fashioned with bateau necklines etched with pearls.  The dome skirts were styled with Watteau back panels accented with bows at the front waistline.

Their pill boxes in harmonizing colors complimented by a double bow held blush veils.  Matching tinted carnations were in their bouquets.

A graduate of Neillsville High School, the groom is employed as an automotive salesman, and his bride, who is an Owen-Withee High School graduate, is a beautician.
