DAVID ALLEN
GOESSLING SUCCUMBS TO LONG ILLNESS
David Allen Goessling, 11-year old son
of the Rev. and Mrs. Robert Goessling, Owen, died Saturday at St. Joseph’s
Hospital in Marshfield following an illness of six months.
Private
committal services were held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Riverside Cemetery in
Owen. The Rev. Richard Hewetson, Pastor of St. Katherine’s Episcopal Church in
Owen, officiated. A memorial service was held at 2:00 o’clock at the
Congregational Church in Owen. The Rev. James Savides of Eau Claire, officiated.
David Allen Goessling was born September 26, 1952 at Mansfield, Ohio. The
family came to Owen about 2 ½ years ago. David was a sixth student in the Owen
Grade School.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister,
Mary 9; and a brother, Tom 6.
