Emma (Beyreis) Hein (15 May
1883 - 11 Feb 1949)
Funeral services for Mrs. John M. Hein, 65, of
Marshfield, were held at Wausau Monday afternoon, with the Rev. G.C. Marquardt,
pastor of St. Peter’s Lutheran church, Schofield, officiating at the rites.
Mrs. Hein, the former Emma Beyrise [sic], was born in the Town of Holton,
May 15, 1883, and was married here to John M. Hein in 1904. He survives, as do
two sons, two daughters, 13 grandchildren, three brothers, and a sister.
Mrs. Hein died Feb 11, in Schofield at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Leon Babl,
with whom she had been staying since last autumn.
