Brockhaus, Maydell Fern (Wepfer) (3 JAN 1913 - 8 APR 2013)

Maydell Fern Brockhaus, 100, passed away April 8, 2013.

Maydell was born January 3, 1913, in Colby, to William and Mabel Wepfer. She married Harold Brockhaus on June 26, 1942, in Colby.

Maydell is survived by two sons, Peter (Julie Mayrose) Brockhaus of Owen, and Paul (Debra) Brockhaus of Colby; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Goldy Klepzig of Decatur, Ill.

Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013, at the Colby Memorial Cemetery with a luncheon at the Lion’s Shelter immediately after the service. All are welcome.

Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home, Abbotsford, is assisting the family with arrangements.
