Kathrine Walti Passes Away

Kathrine Marie Walti, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Walti (Mrs. Walti was the former Viola Vanderhoof) passed away Monday, March 7, 1949 while being taken to a doctor.

The little girl was born Dec. 2, 1948 in the Town of Sherman and lived with her parents at Greenwood.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 10 at 1:30 P. M. at the Swarthout funeral Home where the body lay in state, and at 2 o’clock at the Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. H. C. Hinz officiating. Burial will be in the West Spencer cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Walti will be remembered here by many as they made Spencer their home until a year or so ago when they moved to Greenwood.

There is one other child, a son, Frank who survives besides the parents.
