Carl F. Neuman Laid To Rest
Funeral
services were held last Wednesday afternoon at l:30 o’clock at the Swarthout
Funeral Home and at 2 o’clock at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. H. C. Hinz
officiating, for C. F. Neuman. Interment took place in the North Spencer
cemetery.
Plalbearers [sic] were six nephews Waltr [Walter?] Luepke,
Fred, Eldred and Raymond Toltzman, Maynard Neuman and Frank Seefeldt. Flowers
were carried by Miss Beverly Neuman, Miss Marlene Toltzman, Mrs. Darel
Griepentrog, Mrs. Arthur Beisner, Mrs. Walter Luepke and Mrs. Arnold Seefeldt.
During the service the congregation sang “Jerusalem the City Fair and High”
and the Choir sang “Heaven is My Home.”
Out-of-town relatives at the
funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Toltzman, Wausau; Eldred Toltzman, Chicago; Fred
and Adolph Bubholz, Reedville; Mrs. Mary Schroeder and son, James, Arpin; Mrs.
Ernest Rickner, Stratford; & Mrs. Art Ott, Albert Schultz, and Mr. and Mrs.
Herman Schultz, Marshfield. Many friends from Unity and Loyal also attended.
