Mrs. Edward Pekol and sons spent some time last week
in Milwaukee and Chicago with relatives.
Miss Sylvia Kokaly of Stevens
Point spent several days last week with her mother, Mrs. Hannah Kokaly, and
family. The Christian Mother’s Society sponsored a bake sale last Sunday at the
parish center hall.
Mr. and Mrs. John Trunkel III and family of Chicago
spent several days last week with Mr. and Mrs. John Trunkel II.
Mr. and
Mrs. Albert Bayuk of Joliet, Ill., visited relatives here over the weekend.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dill of Evanston, Ill., spent part of the week at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Matkovich and other relatives. Mrs. Lydia dill of
Greenwood spend Sunday with them.
Plautz Bros. and their employees and
their wives were treated last Tuesday night with a dinner at the parish center
hall be a gas company.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Artac and Mary Ann, Sp. 5
Bernard Artac, and Mrs. Mary Gosar drove to Wabasha, Minn., last Sunday to visit
Sister M. Antonia.
Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Humke and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Govek
attended the rural mail carrier’s convention at Chippewa Falls last week.
Lawrence and Bernard Artac and Bob Henchen were on a trip up north one day
last week.
