Kind Mr. and Mrs. Orlando (Silver - 17 May 1969)
The
Silver wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Orlando Kind of Greenwood was
celebrated Saturday evening at the American Legion Hall in Greenwood, with more
than 150 guests present.
Orlando Kind and Alvina Bauer were married May
17, 1944 at Fond du Lac.
Their three sons were present, Dannie Kind, his
wife and four children of Marshfield, and Gary and Steve Kind of Greenwood.
All of the original attendants were present: Charles Stout of Rockford,
Ill., Mrs. Kenneth Hium and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Braun, all of Greenwood. Other
guests were from Rockford, Ill., Colby, Owen, Marshfield, Withee, Loyal,
Willard, Fond du Lac, and Greenwood. The honored couple received many gifts and
congratulatory messages. The evening was spent in dancing a lunch was served.
