Observe Golden Wedding Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Joe A. Haas observed their Golden Wedding on July 4, 1964 with Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church with Singing by the Church Choir and Father Brockman officiating.

Reception and Open House was held at St. Bernard’s Hall with 80 relatives for Reception and 250 for Open House. There (sic) attendants were Mr. and Mr. Alfred Kass.

Born to this couple were ten children. Alice and Joyce deceased and eight living. Mrs. Arthur (Vilus) Hanson of Spencer, Melburn of Stanley, Dean of Chicago, Mrs. Ruth Bonk of Thorp, Mrs. Edward (Marian) Hull of Syrcuse, N.Y., Mrs. Rudy (Ethel) Ciolkosz, Chippewa, Mrs. Adolph (Patricia) Koltis, Thorp, James of Bloomington, Indiana.
