Krause, Oscar (23 November 1911 - 22 June 1969)

Funeral services for Oscar Krause, 57, of Watertown, who died Sunday, were to be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 P.M. from St. Mark’s Lutheran Church of that city.

Mr. Krause was born November 23, 1911, to Joe and Julia (Foemmel) Krause, in the Town of Grant. He moved to Neillsville with his parents when he was a small boy and received his education here. He was married to Elda Tesch of Juneau, about 34 years ago. He was a cheesemaker.

Mr. Krause is survived by his wife; a son, Allen; and a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Nancy) Jelik, both of Watertown; two brothers, George of the Town of Grant, and Elmer of St. Petersburg, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Steve (Esther) Jelinski of Milwaukee, Mrs. Joe (Ida) Seubert of Cedarburg and Mrs. Werner (Blanche) Jenni of Neillsville; and two grandchildren.
