Lautenbach, Catherine Clara (6 August 1895 - 18 June 1969)

Mrs. Oscar (Catherine) Lautenbach, 73, a former Town of Grant resident, died at her home in Loganville June 18.

Mrs. Lautenbach, the former Catherine Clara Seltrecht, was born August 6, in West Allis. She was married to Oscar Lautenbach on August 12, 1916, and for many years the couple farmed in the Town of Grant, Clark County.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters: Mrs. Beatrice Schultz of Reedsburg and Mrs. Burdette (Elaine) Paulson of Butler; four sons, Ralph of Granton, Dale and Donald of Milwaukee, and Richard of Hillpoint; a brother, William Seltrecht of Friendship; 19 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in Reedsburg Saturday. Burial was made in St. John’s Cemetery in that city.

Pallbearers were: Donald Schultz, John Schultz, Awald Schulte, David Schulte, Merle Ruelhlow and Charles Gawenda.
