Granton (26 June 1969)
Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Fero spent the
weekend with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Neal Fero and family in
Milwaukee.
Elaine Trimberger of Menasha, who has been visiting friends
in Chicago, came Thursday to the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hugo
Trimberger, where she will spend part of her vacation.
Mrs. Wayne Lau
and family of Potter are visiting a week with her father, Walter Schlinsog.
Another daughter, Arlyne Schlinsog, and a grandson, Andrew Novakovic, of
Milwaukee, are spending the summer with him.
Miss Darleen Vanderwyst of
Minneapolis visited last weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. LaVern
Vanderwyst.
Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Garbisch and family drove to Amery and
spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Kirk, at their cottage,
and with her aunt, Mrs. Maude Kirsch. Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Garbisch also were
there.
Mr. and Mrs. Glen Mund of Rockford, Ill., spent Friday night with
Mr. and Mrs. Leland Garbisch and family in Granton, then they all went on to
Hayward for the weekend.
Sgt. Jerry Lautenbach of McConnell AFB, Kans.,
spent several days at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lautenbach,
and attended the funeral of his grandmother, Mrs. Oscar Lautenbach, in Reedsburg
Saturday.
Miss Daphne Beeckler is a patient at Memorial Hospital, where
she was taken Sunday after suffering an asthma attack.
