Miss Eva Counsell wishes it to
be known that her school in District No. 2 will give a Christmas program on
Thursday evening, Dec. 20th, at the schoolhouse. Bring a plain box with a lunch
for two and these boxes will be sold for 25 cents each, so they can be packed
accordingly. Bring cups for coffee.
Mrs. Ina Galbreath arrived safely at
her daughter's, Mrs. Higgins of Gotham, Saturday night.
The Ladies Aid
Society at Mrs. Galbreath's las week was largely attended. The proceeds were
$7.65.
Mrs. Campbell of Viola and Mrs. Buford Griffin spent last week
with her sister Mrs. Lester Ferguson and neighboring friends.
