Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in a white rayon Sata-peau empire-styled gown, edged and appliquéd with crisp Venice lace. It featured a short ruffled sleeves and a train, attached above the waist, trimmed with a border of Venice lace. She carried a bouquet of white daisies, apricot tea roses and greens.

Miss Sharon Heideman of Withee was maid of honor. Mrs. Diane Reif of Milwaukee and Miss Mary Shreve of Owen were bridesmaids. Junior bridesmaid was Belinda Jo Leonard of Pleasant Plains, Ark. Each attendant wore an empire-styled gown of apricot rayon Sata-peau that featured Venice lace to the neckline and burnt orange velvet ribbon at the waist. Their short veils were secured to a crown of leaves and daisies. They each carried a bouquet of white daisies entwined with apricot ribbon and greens.

Sarah Feldman was flowergirl.

“The Wedding Prayer” and “The Lord’s Prayer” were sung by Roger Sarinske of River Falls. Aileen Zarnstorff provided nuptial organ music.

A wedding dinner was held at the church and a reception at Meadowview with 150 guests attending.

The bride is a 1966 graduate of Owen-Withee High School and a 1969 graduate of Deaconess Hospital School of nursing at Milwaukee, where she has been employed in pediatrics.
