Mr. and Mrs. Pat Timlin returned to their home in
Milwaukee on Friday after spending a two-week vacation with relatives and
friends here.
Mr. and Mrs. Fran Sikes and family of Delavan spent several
days at the Millar Timlin home and visited her folks, the Phillip Freese at
Gilman.
Wm. Clark, long time farmer in our community, passed away in
Cottage Grove, Oregon on Thursday and was brought here for burial. He was the
former owner of the Winston Wohld farm.
Mrs. Imbert Qualheim and son
Wayne spent the weekend at Boscobel and on Saturday attended the wedding of Kay
Yonker, granddaughter of Percy Yonker; they were overnight guests Friday evening
at the Oliver Valley home, visited other relatives there, and visited the
Christian Grove family at Columbus.
Mrs. Ella May and Leonard Soeller
spent Sunday in Wausau, where they viewed the remains of a cousin, John
McLaughlin at the Peterson funeral parlor and were supper guests at the
McLaughlin home.
