Boxrucker, Elizabeth (23 JAN 1896 - 22 OCT 1964)

Funeral services for Mrs. Jake Boxrucker, 68, Stetsonville, who died Oct. 22, 1964, were held Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Stetsonville, at 10 a.m. The Rev. James Harte officiated and interment was made in the Stetsonville Catholic Cemetery.

The former Elizabeth Schumacher was born at Kimberly, Jan. 23, 1896, and educated in the Dorchester schools. After her marriage to Jake Boxrucker in 1916 they farmed in the town of Mayville (Clark Co., Wis.) until 1935, and then operated a tavern in Stetsonville until 1961, when they retired.

In addition to her husband she leaves four sons and two daughters, one of whom is Mrs. Adolph (Delores) Dums, Colby. Mrs. Wilbur Becherer of Colby is a sister. There are three other sisters and three brothers.
