Louis Janda
was dismissed from St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, Wednesday morning. He
underwent minor surgery there Friday morning.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Neidhold
had as their dinner guests Wednesday, Mrs. Anna Jantsch and Mrs. Joe Pilgrim of
Minneapolis, and Mr. and Mrs. William Jantsch and Mr. and Mrs. John Neidhold of
Dorchester.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thom have returned to Waupaca after
spending a few days at the Fred Neidhold home.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Neidhold
visited her aunt, Mrs. Henry Schauss, at Colby Friday evening.
The ODO
Club met at the home of Mrs. Arthur Irish Tuesday afternoon. The project on "fix
it yurself: as the subject for study.
Mrs. Emil Barrone and grandson,
Michael, of Merrill, and her daughter, Capt. Miriam Ellerman of Hawaii, spent
Saturday with her mohter-in-law, Mrs. Lillian Ellerman. Capt. Ellerman is
leaving for San Antonio, Texas, Monday, where she will be stationed now.
Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Schmirler visited their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs.
Gilbert Wiedenhoeft, and family at Stevens Point Sunday afternoon.
Mrs.
Martha Lutzke and daughter, Mrs. George Svoboda of Manitowoc, and Mrs. Frank
Zettler Sr. of Athens visited Mrs. Sylvester Kulas Wednesday afternoon.
