Krauter, Arnold #2 (14 APR 1917 - 24 OCT 1964)
Funeral services for
Arnold Krauter, route 1, Colby, were held Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 27, at the
Zion Lutheran Church, Colby. The Rev. LeRoy Urman officiated and burial was made
in Colby Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Krauter died on Saturday, Oct. 24, 1964. Funeral
arrangements were handled by Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby.
Pallbearers,
all nephews of the deceased, were Karl Luchterhand, William Krauter, James
Wedward, Terry Anderson, Eldon Westberg, and Thomas Dorn.
Kenneth Schulz
sang "My Course is Run, Prise God, My Course is Run" and the Zion Lutheran
school choir sang "Asleep in Jesus, Blessed Sleep." They were accompanied by
Mrs. Priem on the organ.
Attending the funeral from out of town were the
mother and all brothers and sisters of the deceased, and many relatives and
friends from Marshfield, Janesville, Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, Stratford,
Spencer, Abbotsford, Chippewa Falls, Stanley, Unity, Clintonville, Wausau and
Iowa.
